Refund policy
- No return is accepted.
- No exchange is accepted, unless your order arrives damaged.
- If the order delivered is damaged then, kindly reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it to initiate a claim. If 48 hours have elapsed since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Ensure to keep all packaging materials and damaged items intact before filing the claim.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-4 working days.
- Courier charges for refund and exchange shall be borne by the customer, if the return and exchange is approved after inspection of the product. The amount shall be refunded.
