How To Use
- Arthraid oil comes in a spray bottle to ensure we are not applying more than what is required as it is not a typical massage oil.
- We recommend 5 sprays total in a day clubbed with a very light massage. 3 sprays in the morning and 2 before sleeping or vice versa.
